Full-Time In-N-Out Benefits: The Published Time-Off Schedule

Read the vacation bands, sick-time statement and plan categories as public summaries of restaurant benefits.

Read the vacation bands, sick-time statement and plan categories as public summaries of restaurant benefits.

The full-time restaurant benefits page contains specific time-off information alongside a wider list of plans. The useful distinction is between what accrues, when it can be used and which terms apply to your employment arrangement. A published band does not mean the entire annual amount is deposited at once.

The published vacation bands

Full-time restaurant vacation accrual on the public page
Service band Annual vacation accrual described
Years 1–5 2 weeks
Years 6–10 3 weeks
Years 11 and onward 4 weeks

The page says vacation is earned through accrual and can be taken after 90 calendar days of employment. It separately states sick-time accrual of six days per year. These are the public descriptions reviewed September 30, 2026; ask the employer how the plan applies to your service date, status and scheduled hours.

A benefits list needs its plan documents

Medical, dental and vision appear on the full-time restaurant page, along with other plan categories. The 401(k), profit-sharing and LEARN educational-assistance entries include eligibility qualifications. The page distinguishes company-paid entries from voluntary ones, so it would be inaccurate to describe the whole list as free coverage.

Questions for a change in work status

  • Which date starts the applicable service or eligibility period?
  • Does a change in classification change accrual or coverage?
  • When does an elected plan become effective?
  • How are employee costs shown and where are plan summaries available?
  • What rules apply to requesting time off, carryover or separation?

Do not calculate an entitlement by multiplying the public word “week” by an assumed schedule. The plan or employer can explain how hours are calculated for your situation. Keep a written answer with the relevant plan version if you are making a decision that depends on a benefit.

Compare the whole arrangement

Someone considering more hours should compare sustainable scheduling, cash pay and the benefits they would actually use. A change in classification may be valuable, but the effect is not captured by a list of attractive plan names alone. Ask about the specific arrangement before making other commitments.

The part-time article describes the separate restaurant page. The compensation comparison worksheet helps keep benefit terms distinct from base pay. For personal coverage or leave questions, use the employer’s official plan route rather than sending records to this publication.
